I’m a qualified Holistic Nutritionist (BHSc), cooking teacher/educator and neuroenergetic kinesiology trained practitioner. I love learning and am always striving to learn as much as I can whilst deepening my understanding of healing and the many related modalities in this field. I have two decades experience working in health-related fields. I have experience as a colon hydrotherapist and nutritionist in a busy clinic in Sydney, have spent time in India studying Ayurveda and Reiki. I also lived in a remote community in the Pilbara Desert in WA teaching kids and adults how to grow, cook and prepare healthy food and the importance of nutrition. I am currently living in the Sunshine Coast and have spent the last couple of years studying neuroenergetic kinesiology, and most recently access bars. Being a Mum to a very active 4 year old I understand the challenges of being a parent and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  

Where I love to be most is working one to one with clients creating not just great nutrition but helping people to live their best lives!  

When I am not in clinic, you will find me at the beach, in the kitchen creating concoctions such as my hand crafted, all natural skincare products found here…….

About me..

I believe that adequate nutrition is a pillar for overall good health. Without it, our bodies are unable to perform the most basic functions, let alone thrive and flourish. When our bodies are properly nourished, we are able to maintain stable energy levels throughout the day, have clear thought processes and live with a sense of calm, ease and flow. When we are feeling this on the inside our external world begins to reflect this. When we have a good level of energy, we generally are more likely to want to go outside and exercise, do things we love and be overall higher functioning individuals.

Meeting our nutritional needs looks different for each individual. We all have different lifestyles and dietary requirements, which impact on the food we need to properly fuel our bodies. I work collaboratively with Clients to create functional and practical nutritional plans, taking into account all other lifestyle factors and events happening in a client’s life. I passionately believe that food is something that should be enjoyed. I don't partake in or advocate calorie counting or unsustainable restrictive diets. When we are eating the right types of foods, it is nearly impossible to overeat.

During my consultations I can utilize neuroenergetic kinesiology techniques, to identify allergies and other contributing factors that may be getting in the way of a client achieving optimal health. I take a holistic approach to healing encompassing emotional and mental wellbeing, stress management techniques, social factors and spiritual wellbeing. In my experience I have found that once a client’s nutritional needs are being met and they feel a sense of power in this area of their life, this transformation flows into other facets of their life. Watching clients heal, transform and thrive is what gives me the most satisfaction. I believe we are here to thrive, not just survive!
